Welcome to Unspiral - A Somatic Journey of Felt Sense from Spinning Mind to Settled Body.
Your Unspiral meditation is waiting.
I am Shakti Akasha and I will be your guide for this journey.
The body holds everything.
Every feeling you have carried but not named.
Every moment of tenderness you didn't allow yourself.
Every breath you held without realizing.
It is all here — stored in the tightness of your shoulders, the weight behind your sternum, the places where you have learned, quietly, to go numb.
This practice is an invitation to return.
Not to fix what you find. Not to analyze or understand. Simply to turn toward the body with the one quality it has been waiting for — your gentle, curious attention.
It is a homecoming.
The quality we are working with today is warm curiosity.
Not the analytical kind that dissects and concludes — but the soft, open wondering of a child looking closely at something for the first time. The curiosity that says: I wonder what's here. I wonder what this feels like. I wonder what the body knows that I've been too busy to hear.
In the body, warm curiosity feels like a softening. A slight leaning in. The breath becoming a little more spacious — as if the body exhales when it finally feels it has permission to be known.
Intro to the Meditation:
Find a somewhere quiet place.
Put on headphones if you can — the flute and voice land differently that way.
Find a comfortable position, lie down, or sit with your spine long and your hands resting open.
You don't need to do anything except arrive.
Before you press play:

Hi, I’m Piroska Shakti Akasha
Nervous system guide, yoga teacher, sound therapist, and breath facilitator — I help sensitive women move from wired-but-tired to grounded, embodied aliveness.
I know what it's like to live from the neck up.
To hold everything together on the outside while something quieter is falling apart inside.
To try every practice and feel like your mind is the problem.
It’s not the mind. It is the nervous system — and it needs a different kind of invitation.
This meditation is the one I return to myself. I hope it brings you home.
